WSP Client in Control Panel Not working

I have installed MS Proxy 2.0 with service pack to to our NT4.0 Server and successfully setup several Client PCs (Nt, 98 and windows 2000).

However on on PC running Windows 2000 clicking the 'update now' button causes the pc to hang and the intenet cannot be accessed.
