when I try to logon to the WSO ( i get the logon screen that prompts for mailbox#, telephone#, and password. I enter all credentials and get a message reading "unable to connect to remote server". when I do the same from the MM server ( I get the HTTP 400 error.
The services have been restarted and the server itself has been rebooted and the application does not - and has never -worked. The idiots who installed the server (I know, there goes the professionalism) will no longer support us because our service contract is with Avaya. Avaya is unable to remote into our server because it will not run their webconferencing service; there is corruption in windows.
Any suggestions? The vendors and Avaya are out of the question right now.
