.wsf script not executing.

Trying to run a simple .wsf script on windows 200 server sp4 but doesn't even open at all. It shows icon that it is being recognized on windows script file but doesn't give an error or any message or prompt at all. I have run it on other windows 2000 boxes but not sure why it won't run on the patricular one. I don't see any virus or firewall running on this server so not sure what it could be. Is there a security setting somewhere? Thanks, Joe
