WScript.exe - Entry point not found? 1

Hi,

I've just updated my Win XP pro to Service Pack 3 and now I'm getting the following popup error message every time it boots up:

WScript.exe - Entry point not found

I can click on the 'Ok' button and the popup dissappears, but it is very annoying to see everytime, it also appears to have somethin to do with ScrRun.dll

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this Win XP error?

Try installing a new version of wscript from:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...25-D896-482E-A0D6-524E7E844D81&displaylang=en

Try reregistering ScrRun.dll from the Start Run box,
Regsvr32 scrrun.dll

Thanks for the advice, I installed a prior version of wscript and it worked perfectly (prior to win XP SP3) as the latest version wouldn't install over the same version. I don't get the popup error message anymore.
