WSAD(5.1.2) Portal(5.0.2.2) administration

I am a newbie to portal, I have installed portal toolkit 5.0.2.2 and trying to run some samples using the test environment in wsad. But I can't load the the admin page to install the sample portlet. The url I am trying to load is I have also tried Any help will be much appreciated.
