WS4 and WS5 Most Recent BIOS/OS?

Can someone tell me what the most recent GR versions are for the WS4 and WS5 (not 5a, unless they both use the same IOS/OS update package)?

Where can these update packages be found in the wild? Links in these forums are long dead.
