Here is the issue,
We are running WS03 and HP Thin Clients. When a user logs off or is disconnected the TS Print session does not always end and when they log back in they start a new session. We have the settings set to end the session after so much time of inactivity and would like it to stay that way. I have to now go in every morning to weed out they stray sessions manually to make sure all users can print normally. So is this a driver issue or registry issue or something else?
I know the easiest way is to upgrade to WS08 but we are not able to at this time
