I am working on an issue for a client who sits behind a Linksys WRT54GS Router. They cannot access one specific HTTPS site. All others open fine, but this one specifically will not (Sometimes it will start to open then hang, sometimes won't open at all, sometimes generates HTTP 403 Access Denied Errors). The technician I spoke with on their end says everything is fine, and that I may have an issue with the Linksys router. Although I am skeptical, since all other HTTPS sites open fine, I thought I'd post this to see if anyone has encountered such a thing before. My Linksys router is up-to-date as far as firmware goes, and I am fresh out of ideas. (I tried hooking a pc directly to the cable modem, but this did me no good, because the modem uses a public IP address)

Issue resolved!!!! Called Linksys tech support and they had me open up port 443 I believe it was, and voila!!!!! Fixed...
