WRT54G not visible in "My network Places"

My new WRT54G V2.2 is not visible in "My Network Places".
Previous UPnP routers were visible.

I have both networking services "Internet Gateway Device Discovery and Control Client" and " Universal Plug and Play" installed. Because of the IGDDCC service an Internet Gateway is visible in "Network Connections" and UPnP is working like it should in for example MSN Messenger Voice&Video.

I have six PC's in my home LAN but it's the same on every PC. Therefor it seems it is router related.
I've tried different Firmware versions including HyperWRT.

Does anyone has a clue why the Router does not show up in "My Network Places"?

I have the same issue with the same router (and it was the same when I had a Linksys B-router), and I'd love to know what the solution is so we can print to the shared printer attached to the desktop wirelessly from the laptop.
