Wrt54g into Switch ?? 1

I need some basic networking help.

I have a metal box in our new home that has all the cables run into it, so i need to move my Wrt54g wireless router into the living room.

Scenario:
Cable modem into Wrt54g

1 outlett from Wrt54g into Switch A

Switch A into Switch B


1. does that make sense ?
2. what type of cable has to run from Switch A to Switch B?
Crossover or Standard Cat5e ?

3. Can you then run 4 pc's into Switch B since its uplinked
to Switch A ??
