This is SV9500. I had a DT700 phone that was showing the wrong time. In my 20+ years with NEC phone system, I've not seen it on digital or IP phones. While I have phones in different time zones, this phone was not just off by hours, it was off by 53 minutes. So it was not the wrong time zone somehow. It was showing the correct date. I have many other phones in the same office, same network segment, same MAID, same subnet, same model, showing the correct time, but this phone was showing the wrong time. I unplugged it, plugged it back in, and it then picked up the correct date / time from the system. But what else can I look at as the cause? The phone model is NEC ITL-32D-1

Possibly lost sync or registration? LAN Cable issue? User unplugged it, then plugged it back in?

Bit Strange ! Which version of SV9500 you are using now ? Possible to share more details about this case ? Office data , licenses ?

I'm on V6 of SV9500. I'm not sure what part of office data should I share here. I definitely have more licenses than I'm using. The phone has been in place for over 5 years, never a problem until just now. As I mentioned, I have other phones in the same office, on the same vlan and same network segment (I have multiple subnets across the campus). The phone firmware is 5.0.3, which is the same as other phones in the same location.

When it happened, I had the user to unplug and plug it back in, and since then, it's been showing the correct time.

While I was checking programs using keyphone few weeks ago, I suddenly found "Mode 9". It was SL-2100 as I remember.

Thank you for the input, racerTT. My system is is SV9500, so I can't check the setting from your suggestion. After the reboot, the phone has been behaving, so hopefully, whatever it was, if handled...
