we have a customer with an R5 ACS and a PVM r3L voice mail card - the time and date on acs are correct but the time and date on the voice mail time stamp are off - today on 4/9 at 11:11 it gave a date of 4/1 - any thoughts??
Try going into ACS system programming and reinput the time and date. The voicemail should then synchronize to the correct time and date. Brian Cox

Is PVMR3 the stand alone external box type voice mail? If so, log into 9997#, [PW]#, 9, [PW]#,2,1,MMDDYY,*#,HHMM[1=AM,2=PM],*#,**9
If this is Partner Mail VS, a module inside the carrier, look for an extension port lower that the first VM port in Hunt Group 7; the PMVS communicates with the processor via the first VM port to get Date/Time/Day-Night Mode, etc.
Change the Time and date on the phone system ,then reboot the system ,after a while the VM will sync with the system and you will have the correct time,if not then you have a problem with VM. Good Luck!
this problem has continued - even saying "message sent tuesday may saturday" - i have swapped out the v/m card several times - now i swapped out the acs ksu and all is well - any thoughts??
