CMS sends reports over to Pipkins for workforce management. One of the skills is showing 0 as the workmode when it gets to Pipkins and should be showing the skill number. All other skills are showing up correct. CMS sends the same report every 1/2 hour so I don't want to mess with the report. what could be causing this?
