wrong size for package

aside from the package size jokes....which are funny...i do have a legitimate problem with sms.
i have a very small package (lol), under 1K bat file that i need to push out, but my uncooperative sms server is telling me that the file is 435 megs. now, i believe its getting the 435 number from the size of the folder that the small bat file is in. i'd have no problem ignoring this, but when it goes to push the program, the server freaks out and locks up. anyone ever have this problem?

Did you make this with sms installer? wise...installshield?

Try moving the bat file to it's own folder and re-create the package.
