I have one user who is currently having a problem in this area. What happens is this....when he composes an email, everything looks right in the header. But after he sends the message and then checks his sent mail folder, the message may display with a date 1 month or 1 year from now. Its always some date in the future, never in the past. I have been able to duplicate this error by changing the date on my computer and then sending a message, but this is happening very random. For the most part, he doesnt have a problem. Its very sporadic. Maybe only 1 out of 100 emails have this problem.

Does anyone know of any kind of conflicts with the Outlook calendar or with the calendar in the Palm software. I have checked but havent found anything. I have been able to correct the problem by changing the header date with a little code I wrote, but I would like to stop the problem from happening altogether.

Also, it only happens on email he sends. And on the inbox of the receiver, the correct date appears...but if you open the email and look at the header, the bogus one is displayed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
