wrong "Download is completed" message!

On any of the computers on the network, When anyone
including the admins try to download anything. Durring the
download process the download will say it is completed,
befor a complete tranfer of all of the files and ends the
download process. Which means you only downloand part of a
file,No error message was given

This happens on any files that are more than a few Kbs its
like the download just times out and you are stuck with
what you got.
now I have to use a laptop to connect to internet directly to do the downloads! I'm struggling with this problem. any help is greatly appreciated.

open allow -all ip out- any time - any users - if you have make sure you are running the firewall client on your client computer and double chk your proxy settings.

also in the properties of your cacheing drive there are some file download cacheing settings. chk those.

I ran into the same problem when I installed sp 4. I ended up wiping the server completely and only taking it up to SP3.
