Wrong internet mail address

We have several notes users who don't have the internet mail address we wanted. When they send a mail outside our company they have the following internet mail address: username/Office/companyname/SCF@SCF.

When I look in the location document under basics the internet mail address is good.

Does someone know this problem, could someone help me please?

In the Domino Directory, open the user's person document. Under the MAIL tab, make sure the proper email address is specified in the Internet Address field. (This address can be created automatically when you register a user. Check the Advanced box on the user registration screen, then click the Format button.)

You should also check your Global Domain Document under the Conversions tab. Check the Address Example and make sure your internet address is being formed correctly.
