All digital extns on a BC12 MD110 have lost the ability to divert calls.
When users key in *2* <extn> # they get the message 'wrong format' in the display (where <extn> is the number they wish to divert to)as soon as # is entered.
Tried a RESTART on the LIM, but this made no difference.
Can anyone offer any suggestions please?
Regards.

Eaglebird these settings are country specific, like patcher states *21*xxx# is anoter format, maybe this will work for you? If it does not let us know what country you are in.

[red]Striker : My orders came through. My squadron ships out tomorrow, we're bombing the storage depots at Daiquiri at 18:00 hours. We're coming in from the North, below their radar.[/red]
[blue]Elaine : When will you be back?[/blue]
[red]Striker : I can't tell you that? It's classified.[/red]

*2*DIR# is the format we use for "follow-me" diversion on my BC9 and BC12sp6 systems here at Ohio U.

Not sure of other application system. Check your NADAP:NUMTYP=SC; Its usually assign here.

Or maybe someone mistakenly use Standard Application INL rather than using UK standard. If this is the case you try to use *21*DIR# if this works this means you had to go back who upgraded your system.

There is also an ASPAC for it, sorry dont know the number
