Wrong field column showing in report

I am trying to do mailing labels with the label wizard. The labels are fine except the state and country fields which come from separate tables are showing the bound (?) column instead of the data. Help

I checked the control source for these two fields. I created a query based on a table that these two other tables feed into. The data that I want shows in the combined table and in the query based on that table but not in the report based on the query??
