wrong ext displayed when called

BCM 400: When ext 3307 is dialed Ext-3123 is displaying on the set. Also when I program 3307 on a button and you press it says 3123 when I button inquire it via F*0 it also shows Ext-3123.

Any suggestions?

What is the name programmed on DN 3307?

If you're seeing "Ext-3123" in the display, I would assume its the name associated with the DN. Nortel never used the term Extension.
