wrong email receiver

Hi everyone,

There is one thing weird happens in our exchange 2000. Someone outside sent email to the specific user (only one receiver) in our network. However, the other guy who is totally different email address received this email and the original receiver didn't get it. it happened 3 times in this 2 months. Any idea about this issue?

OS: windows 2k server sp4
Anti-Virus : McAfee 7.1 and McAfee e250
