my customer has 4 branch offices in different cities and an IP Office 9.0.4.0 Build 965.
They have a WAN connection and all branches are connected to this IP Office via IPOffice Expansion System.
All extentions have 4 digits and call routing works almost without any problem but at the moment they mentioned follwoing problem and I could not solve it by myself.
if extention 044 3748 333 (branch 1) forwards his calls to an external number : 026 218 10639.
and extention 075 9876 222 (branch 2) makes a call to 044 3748 333 (branch 1).
On the display of external number 026 218 10639, it will be showed 044 3748 222.
they request is: the orginal number of 044 3748 333 must be showed.
I've checked the status of Twinning on all branches and The "Send original calling party information for Mobile Twinning " has been set for all of them.
It seems I need some digit manipulation for every branch offices but I cloudn't figure out that.
Do you have any tip how can I solve this issue?
