Hello everyone, I'm agent in one of the companies that uses avaya ip-office, while our Q is on avail times we always get something weired happens and i would like to know from you folks if we're abused or something.
It's repeated case and the only common thing everytime that we are in open avail and suddenly we get calls from normal customers while the numbers are ahowing weirdly, the CST number should show like 088-4555-666 but instead we get TM-02 or SV-01 and stuff like this and it seems for me like the calls is transfered from somewhere else for aome reason.
Is it possible to know if anyone got that problem or know what cause this?
