Our Novell 4.10 server is working allright but we noticed a lot of directories have the wrong date, such as 11/4/01, while today's date is 10/10/01!

Running Norton 2001 on Sys: and vol1: showed a number of files had the Nimda virus, and these were deleted. There is a lot of junk files there too, taking up a lot of MB. We can't delete all the files with next month's date though, because some it is good data.

Our server is virus-free but has some damage. We ran Vrepair on vol1. The server has the right time. The tape drive doesn't work and we might have to reinstall Backup Exec. We have a good backup of the system from 2 weeks ago.

We think the problems were caused by the nimda virus and are wondering if anyone is familiar with fixing problems caused by Nimda, such as partial restoring from backup?

Also, this virus changed the "other name:" property of the server in NWADMIN, to "Dirt".
