I have encountered a weird problem and I would like to ask all your expertise if you all have encountered this problem/scenario.
I have an S8500/G650 Server and a CDR installed (Third Party Vendor). The Scenario is as follows.
When an Agent calls outbound through S8500 Server using E1/R2 Transport and instantly drops the call, the call should not Appear at CDR Log. We have tested it with different GSM Server and it was successful there were no logs however, one GSM Service Provider when an agent dials that number and instantly drop because it was not available the call registers which is not happening with other GSM Service Provider. We have 3 different service provider. Appreciate if you could please enlighten me on how to resolve this scenario.
