I want a facility where in any agent is offered a call not meant for him , he can punch in some codes so as to keep a count of them..
also wher exactly I can find the count..bit urgent..many thanks in advance
You can use a CWC - Call Work Code. Program a button and get the agent to type the code and #. You will need to program the code in CMS dictionary as well.
