Wrong call billing data

Hi,

I am facing a problem with the call billing. The exchange is BC10 and uses the Ring master call billing software.
I am getting wrong time duration in some calls. All the trunks are analog and doesn't have the metering pulses. Any way that is ok for the customer. They just needs the app: duration only. Now we are getting some calls with a duration of 9:59:40.
What will be the problem. This is happening with extensions also.(sample report is from operator console) Please let me know anybody faced this problem/solution.

Hello,
9:59 is maximum time duration. If you look at SMDR log file you see that this call has condition code "D" - Extremely long call duration. After that starts new measuring.
I think problem is in route. After extension hooks on trunk is still busy.

Hi,

I faced the similar problem when i initiated 2W trunks from PTT onto an operational card which had 2W trunks with GSM interface....

In my case, solution was to use difrrent TLU75 boards...

Also Check with SUSIP:rou=*,tru=all;
You will get Line busy...
Do RFPUI:UNIT=TLP11,LIM=*:
Lines will release...
