It was brought to my attention that an email was addressed to a specific user and it was delivered to a completley different user. This is the first time we know of this occurance. What could have caused this and how do I prevent it from happening?
EXAMPLE: email is addressed to john@emailaddress.com and it was delivered to larry@emailaddress.com instead of being delivered to the intended recipient.
both of these users exist in the domino but the accounts are not connected in any way at all.
