We have a generic mailbox set up - like info@abc.com - and a user has proxy to the mailbox. The proxy can create messages.
That user has a number of instances of info@123.com, info@xyc.com, etc. in his Frequent Contacts address book.
When the user proxies to that generic mailbox and sends the e-mail it displays info@i123.com as the "from" address (not info@abc.com as it should).
We have deleted one of these from Frequent Contacts but it just goes to the next. Even if we deleted them all, when he gets one back in there it will be a problem.
Any thoughts??
Thanks
