Writing to text file using ACCPAC Macro

Hi

Do anyone know how to write to a text file or for that matter an SQL table that is not part of the core ACCPAC tables using a macro.

I would like to extract data from an SQL database and save the data in either an non ACCPAC table that is part of the SQL database or a text file.
