Writing to Exchange Public Calendar

Hello, is there a way to take data stored in a table and create a entry into a public calendar on an outside vendors network?

Maybe some extended stored procedure? I'm using SQL Server 2000.

I'd fire any Exchange admin who allowed external access to the store.

That said, you could create a vCalendar file and email it to the intended recipient (provided the firewall lets vCalendars in).
