Writing out the Inbox and deleting its contents with VBA

Hi,

In Outlook 2000, with VBA, is it that complex a process to take all of the contents of someone's inbox, write them to a file/folder on the network and then delete the messages?

I'm assuming this is pretty straight-forward, but just wanted to make sure....
