Writing Help files in Borland C++ Builder!!!

i have to write help files for a project using Borland C++ Builder.any kind of help in this regard is welcome.can anybody specify useful links or resources for this.

try this-
goto: help (in CBuilder5) -> tools-> hcw.exe. its a help maker (windows help workshop). it's kinda hard to grasp how to make them, but it does make help files. Cyprus
