writing DTS to Transfer a file

Plz help me,
I want to import a file from a server to my pc, i'v done it by MS SQL server, but now i want to write a DTS file to do this thing
i'v the IP and user & password of the server.
can anybody give me code to connect and fransfer, also for schedule.
