Writing Configuration to Network

I have setup the TFTP-SERVER command with network settings. However, every time I try to WRITE NET :, I get an error message 'Timed out attempting to connect' Can anyone help, I need to document all settings.

Can you ping the tftp server?

what is your syntax? Should be something like:

wr net 10.11.11.21:filename

You must be able to ping it first.
