Writing a Transaction from one database to another

Hi there,
Are there any Oracle utilities to write a transaction from Database A to Database B. We currently use a Java Corba service to do this and it is REALLY SLOW. Can anyone recommend a better way to do this ????

You can use Oracle Snapshot technology with automatic or manual refresh. Please go through it it is very intresting.
