WriteFile error

Everything was runnig fine for two months,,,now i got this error and i dont know what it is!!!!

DS-LIB-E500: Windows OS function 'WriteFile' error 232; The pipe is being closed.

DS-FILE-E202: Error writing to data file '\\.\pipe\ORALOAD_00000f78_EA_4.dat'

I uncheked Use Named Pipes but then SQL Loader fails!!!!!!!
