Writed out title in script, then scribbled out, and new title

How would I do a this type of title. I would want it to do a writing type of effect saying the title in a nice script font, then it would be scribbled out and a big, powerful title would slam into the middle of the screen. I'm a little bit new to After Effects. Thanks for the help.

There are two plugins that come FREE with After Effects that may help you.

1. STROKE
2. WRITE-ON

You'll find several tutorials online, as well as some in the documentation that came with After Effects.

As for the "slamming" title: You can create that simply with scale.
