Write To txt file..... how can i do it?

Hi i have one, as i guess very simle question.

I Have progra which reads data caming from USB port (for instacne Temperature). and i can display this information on the screen but i also need to write it to the TXT file...

How can i do it.... Which function to use and where write them.....
