When using Windows 2000, SNA 4, SP 4 and trying to get a device running cleanly, we're getting the message:
Write to mailslot failed, rc = 64
EXPLANATION
A WriteFile call failed. The return code is shown.

The connection is not active, SNABASE is the only service running.

What is the next step in debugging the problem?
