Write exe Programm ( Application) with Access or with other tool?

Hi,
I like to develop a database driven Application that shall hit the mass market. And of course it shall developed quick and easy. would you suggest Access developer or any other Programming language tool?

Requirements
-quick data base access
-an user-friendly frontend that looks more like a webpage than an typically window program
- later transform this App. to a internet webpage

Really get mad about making a desision.

Ps other posibilitys I consider:
VB, Java, C#, HTML and VBScript and ActiveX

I'd say Access is a wrong choice for this:

Poor Security
Looks exactly like a windows application.

I would recommend VB. I would not make anything out of Access that you want to be ID-10-T virus proof (idiot proof). It is very hard to get security up to par. God Bless,

I don't think you could use Access anyway as described. I don't believe you can create a .exe file with Access. VB is my vote.
