Write data from Excel to Access

I have created a template in Excel that writes to a database in access. I on working on created a command button that will update the database and close the template once the button it clicked. I enterted the code below but I am having debugging errors. Could you please help me. I currently have it going to an excel database and I have that database linked to a table in the access database. I really would like to eliminate the extra step or at least get my command button working properly.

If anyone has any sample code that would help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
