Write conflict when using update query

Whenever i run a particular update query, it comes back with a message saying write conflict and asks me if i want to copy it to the clipboard, save changes or drop changes. I then once i have copied it to the clipboard have to run the query again for it to work. Anyone got any solutions?

No. I am the only person with the database. It has not been split yet.

If there are any other forms open ? May be a conflict there.

I had an error msg regarding an update msg recently, saying that another application/user was using data and this prevented query from executing. Turned out that I had a corrupt data entry in one of the tables. May be worth looking into that also.
