Write Conflict Error - Form Error 1

I have a database that will not save the information in the forms. It will save it if I do it directly in the table but when I use the forms and close out of them, I either get a Write Conflict error telling me that someone else has edited the information (which isn't happening since I'm only one using it at the moment) or I get no error but the information is being saved and when I go to check to information in the tables, it's not there either.<br>
