Write calculated values to a table to be used in another report

How do I write code that will take the calculated values in one report, write the values to a table to be used for another report. The values are calculated on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. The calculated values are used to create a separate report. The calculations from all agencies will be summed up and a new calculation will be performed in the new report. :
