I have a need to write several values directly into text boxes in an Access Report. Can someone please explain to me (Access Newbie) how to do this?

This depends entirely on where the values are coming from and if there are dependencies to the value. Do you simply want the user to enter a value or is it pulled from a table or control on a form or where?

Hi Duane,

I apologize! I didn't state that question very well.

In this situation the data have been entered into a Form by a User and have been brought into VBA code. These variables are all in a Public Subroutine. What I would like to do is to write the value of these 6 variables (some string and some integer) directly to text boxes in a Report. I assume those text boxes would need to be Unbound, but I'm not totally sure of that.

Thanks,

Ron
