It sounds as if you are confused with the terminology.
You can only 'wrap' paragraph text around an object within a paragraph text frame.
I suspect what you are trying to do is make text follow the outline of a circle; if so, what you need to do is set a line of artistic text; then draw your circle using the ellipse tool while pressing Ctrl.
Now select your text; goto Text on the top toolbar, scroll down to 'Fit text to path' click on this, move your curser down to the circle, and a large arrow should appear,with this click on the circle, and your text should flow around the circle.
You may need to experiment to get it correct; but above all read your manual; it's all in there!
Don't know much about version 10, but I've used Draw since version 3, and I've now jumped from 8 to X3.
Thanks Bern, That helped alot. But I can't get text to follow the bottom of a circle, and not read backwards. I tried mirror values all day.lol. If your busy thats cool, Ya helped me already. Thanx
Just experimented in X3, and came up with the following;
If text reads backwards in the bottom half of a circle, click mirror vertically. This will then read from right to left in clockwise direction on outside of circle.
Clicking mirror vertically sends it to inside of circle, now if you click mirror horizontally it reads correctly from left to right in an anticlockwise direction.
If you want it on the outside of circle, just click and drag downwards.
If you zoom in, and select the text with the pick tool, you will see a control handle at the start of the text; with this you can position anywhere you wish.
All the above refers to X3, but I hope it will help using version 10.
