Hi, on our old PBX we had a configurable setting called a Wrap up/Write up time setting which was set on Hunt groups and specified an amount of time before the phone would ring again as part of the group so that the operator can finish typing writing regarding the previous caller.

Usually we don't need it but when only one ext is available in the group that line will get hammered. I've suggested they answer and put them on hold but unfortunatly they are spitting their dummies out because they haven't got the feature they had.

Does any one know of a similar setting on CM? We use 4.2(3)

haven't seen this setting in CCM, only seen it with ICM.

I believe this is only available when using IPCC. Cisco shipped IPCC with 5 Agent Licenses for free with most new systems over the last couple uears. See if you have the disks. With up to CCM 4.X, it can run co-resident on the CallManager server for up to 10 agents. After 10, it is highly recommended to have a seperate server.

OK thanks, we do indeed have IPCC express and our services desk use all 5 licences. I think we would need a lot more than another 5 and doubt that depts in question would want to fork out alot for an additional server of money simply for that feature.
I could be wrong though.

Thanks for the advice.
