UCCX 7. Users are asking for a wrap timer for outbound calls. They make 80% outbound and receive about 20% as inbound. The wrap timer is configured and works fine for inbound, but unless they manually go Not Ready after going on hook from an outbound call (or unless I disable auto make ready), they are immediately handed another call. Is there a way I can automatically give them a wrap time following an outbound call?
