I have an access report where I have a name assigned to a building. Two of the buildings have 2 names assigned to them, I want the second name to end up below the first name as would happen in a word wrap.

Eg.

School 1 Bob Smith
School 2 John Doe
School 3 Jane Doe /
John Smith
School 4 Joe Jackson

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Never mind, read a few posts and figured it out myself. Here's what I did

=IIf((IsNull([Info_Alternate_Principal])),[Info_Principal],[Info_Principal] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [Info_Alternate_Principal])
